fees.

 

The fee for a standard 50 minute consultation is $150.00. Your invoice will be sent to you the morning of your session. Concession card holders are entitled to sessions at $90.00 per hour - to get the discount code please email proof of your concession when you email to make your booking.

 

reminders.

We all need a little help now and then remembering all the things we have on, so we’ll send you a reminder email 1-2 days before your appointment. You can email elliekirk@letsgrowcounselling.com.au if you need to reschedule.

Sometimes plans change and it’s not possible for you to make your scheduled appointment. If you can let us know we are normally able to be flexible and accommodate a reschedule. Please let us know as soon as you do via elliekirk@letsgrowcounselling.com.au. 

 

Late reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a reschedule fee of the full cost of the session ($150 standard fee).

Want to cancel a scheduled appointment? It’s all good, just let us know as soon as you know you don’t want to keep the appointment and we will cancel it.

If you aren’t available at the scheduled time of your online/phone appointment, we will try and contact you 2 times in the first 15 minutes of your session. If we don’t hear back from you, you will be charged a missed appointment fee of the full cost of the session ($150 standard fee).
