Counselling is a safe, non-judgmental space where we can talk through whatever’s on your mind.
grief and loss.
Grief and loss counselling can help you live well after losing someone or something you loved.
Harmful behaviours counselling is about understanding why we do things that hurt us, and exploring what change could look like for you.
My name is Dr Elizabeth Kirk, but everybody calls me Ellie. I’m a counsellor who works online from a small town in rural NSW, where our young family live on a regenerative farm. I’m a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), and the Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement (ACGB).
